OPEN-SOURCE DECISION AI - Decision AI and FDE Support

Overview

OPEN-SOURCE DECISION AI is our in-house service offering Laya, a decision AI that returns structured results for choices, scales, and Yes / No questions rather than free-form generated text, together with implementation support from Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). It supports decisions needed in workflows, including inquiry routing, urgency assessment, and AI agent routing.

Challenge

Implementing AI in business workflows requires an integrated approach to identifying the target work, designing the decisions delegated to AI, connecting existing systems, evaluating with real data, and designing operational rules. Text generation alone can make it difficult to handle consistent decision results in subsequent software and workflows.

Solution

FDEs work closely with customer operations and business challenges, supporting requirements definition, validation, integration with existing systems and AI agents, and operational design. Laya returns structured decisions for choices, scales, and Yes / No questions, enabling agents and existing systems to select their next action.

Result

We launched the service site for decision AI and FDE support. Rather than promising effectiveness or accuracy in advance, we assess suitability by organizing the target workflow, input data, and decision criteria, then evaluating and calibrating with real target data.
